i found misleading marketing tactics employed. images presented online did not accurately reflect the room i received. specifically, photos from the neighboring hotel seemed to be used to promote rooms, a practice i find unacceptable.

the room was really nice with a very clean balcony! breakfast was great in a lovely setting. the service was really good too! the location is awesome with lots of shops within a 5-10 min walk. the train station is also close and the tram stop is just a 5 min walk!
the soap provided was minimal.

the room was spacious and very clean i noted the ample space for storing my belongings the bed provided excellent comfort and support during my sleep i used the electric vehicle charging point it was definitely a plus the allocated parking worked very well. the newly renovated hotel exudes charm and deco sophistication and I really liked that the location is central to transport options. the breakfast room was particularly pleasant because it was bright and airy the coffee from the express machine was delicious and fresh items were available i found the staff very friendly.
my balcony was not thoroughly cleaned

I enjoyed the proximity to the promenade des anglais. It made beach trips super easy. the breakfast selection was vast, including fresh pastries and cooked options. the staff were always smiling, ready to assist with any request, even late at night. i particularly loved the rooftop access at the sister hotel, providing great views.
The shared pool with the adjacent hotel felt a little crowded at times. It would have been better if the pool area was exclusively for our hotel guests.

The room differed significantly from the images online. The furnishings was worn. Housekeeping did not maintain acceptable cleanliness. I spotted visible mold. some receptionists were rude. They could not answer basic questions without condescension.
